About The Vape Quit

To be the most comprehensive, honest, and genuinely helpful resource for anyone quitting vaping.

The Vape Quit exists because quitting vaping is harder than anyone tells you — and the resources out there aren't built for people like us.

Most quit-vaping content comes from government health agencies or rehab facility marketing pages. They mean well, but they don't speak our language. They don't know what it's like to reach for your vape the second you wake up, to feel your chest tighten when you realize you left it at home, to have tried to quit six times and failed each time.

We do.

This site was built by people who've been through nicotine withdrawal — the insomnia, the brain fog, the irritability that makes you want to snap at everyone, the cravings that hit like waves at the worst possible moments. We know what day 3 feels like. We know what day 14 feels like. And we know what the other side feels like too.

Every article on The Vape Quit is backed by real science — we cite actual studies, reference real neuroscience research, and explain exactly what's happening in your brain during withdrawal. But we write it like humans, not textbooks. Because when you're lying awake at 2am on day 5 of quitting, you don't need a medical journal. You need someone who gets it.

Our Mission

To be the most comprehensive, honest, and genuinely helpful resource for anyone quitting vaping — whether you're on your first attempt or your fifteenth.

What We Are Not

We are not anti-vaping. We are not a government agency. We don't judge anyone who vapes. We exist specifically for people who have decided they want to quit and need real help doing it. If that's you, you're in the right place.
